The "Vastranand" brand and designs belong to Vastranand Pvt Ltd (India), our group company, whose factory in Surat, India manufactures every product we sell.

2. Products

We sell handcrafted sarees and related products. Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products — small variations are part of the craft, not defects.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
  • Shipping is charged in addition to the product price and shown before you pay.
  • Because orders ship from India, any UK import duty or tax due on delivery is payable by the customer (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Orders

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our factory in India within 48 hours and typically delivered within around 10 days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and a further 14 days to return the items. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details, including the returns address, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (images, text, designs, logos) belongs to the Vastranand group and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
