Where we ship from
Every Vastranand saree is handcrafted at our own factory in Surat, India, and shipped directly from the factory to your door in the United Kingdom.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
- Delivery to UK addresses typically takes around 10 days from dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or courier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at checkout and shown clearly before you pay. We do not offer cash on delivery — all orders are prepaid.
Customs, import duty and taxes
Because orders are shipped from India, UK import charges may apply on delivery depending on the value of your order. Any UK import duty or tax due on delivery is payable by the customer. The courier will contact you if any payment is required before delivery.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
